My guess is Tiger is having issues with either his back or his neck. 3 Tournaments since The Masters means something is wrong or hindering him from playing other than majors or Jack's event. After the British we will see how much he plays thru the rest of the year.
If he does not make PC team on merit he should not put himself on the team in my opinion but pressure and money will dictate he does so what do I know?!
